Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Us Motors 2890F45020 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Uson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vaporvac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Videojet product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Uson such as the 5020A300A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T18018 manufactured by Vaporvac and we are pleased to be able to service most Vaporvac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SP382083 by Manufacturer Videojet as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Vacon Brand 60SAFR0901706ANV in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vipa such as 6031TD00 equipment made by Vipa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vipa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vipa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VACON0020 made by Vacon as well as the popular EEAPAM513D32 original spares produced by Vickers

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BIS45 by Vee-Arc and 6031TD00 spares by Vipa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NXP00125A2H1SSSA1A2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vacon.
